NorthEastBiz is a networking group for businesses in Northumberland, North Tyneside & Newcastle that meets regularly in the South East Northumberland area.

Originally formed in 2006, the NorthEastBiz members create not for profit events that enable local businesses to build business relationships and network.  By helping others, sharing knowledge and understanding members businesses we generate goodwill, recommendations and quality referrals.

There are three types of NorthEastBiz meetings:

  • Willow Wednesday An unstructured open networking event where attendees can arrive at any time between 8 and 10am without having to formally present their businesses. This morning event is held once a month every third Wednesday. £5 gives you made to order teas and coffees plus muffins and scones. Click here for details
  • The NorthEastBiz Breakfast A formally structured breakfast meeting with informal round the table introductions, a full breakfast and usually a speaker. There is space around the table for just one of any particular type of business and this meeting represents the core NEBA membership. This morning event is held once a month every second  Tuesday between 7.30am and 9am. £10 on the door is all inclusive. Click here for details
  • The Morpeth Curry Club  A very informal open networking event starting at 6.30pm and usually finishing about 8pm.  A relaxed atmosphere generates a range of discussion with a business themes.  This evening event is held the first Thursday of every month. £10 plus drinks paid to the restaurant. There are no membership fees, just pay as you go, The different format of each event means there is potential benefit in attending all of them but attendees may also find benefit from just attending one or two.
